Overview
Built during Experion Technologies' Initial Learning Program (ILP) in 2025, this project management tool was inspired by Jira and built to enterprise standards. The project won the Best Project Award for ILP Batch 2025 at Experion Technologies.
What It Does
- Task & issue tracking — create, assign, prioritise, and track tasks across sprints
- Board views — Kanban-style sprint boards with drag-and-drop
- Team collaboration — comments, mentions, activity feeds
- Project workflows — customisable status workflows per project
- Reporting — sprint velocity, burndown charts, workload distribution
Architecture
Built using CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation) architecture, separating read and write operations for clarity, scalability, and testability. Development followed professional Azure DevOps pipelines with automated builds and deployments.
